They rang because they wanted to “do something”

A long time ago – beyond the hills, beyond the woods and beyond a great many diets split into five meals a day – my phone rang. On the other end were Łukasz and Mateusz Rodzeń, twin brothers who had dug up my number somewhere because they wanted to “do something”. The brief was on the short side. The idea, as it turned out later, was considerably bigger.

Low-carb eating was nowhere near the mainstream back then. The brothers had the knowledge, the conviction and plenty of energy. What they did not have was a website, a store, a brand, or really anything you could put on a shelf, add to a basket or pack into a parcel.

We started with the site, the identity and the product packaging. Then came the T-shirts and merchandise, the coffee and tea, video, live streams, guides and e-books.

Every new thing needed something that did not exist yet – so we built it.

Social media? We tried that too. It went, to put it gently, so-so. We came back to it only once we genuinely knew how to run it. Not every success story has to pretend that everything was part of a brilliant plan from day one.

The book turned out to be the turning point

With Metoda odchudzania Braci Rodzeń we took the publication through to a finished, ready-to-print edition, and then took over the selling, packing, shipping and contact with buyers – all of it straight out of Apostrophe. The book became a bestseller and opened the way for the titles that followed.

After that came the first conference, more e-books, BRTeam and the Metabolic Health Academy. By the next books the whole publishing process was already on our side: from the cover, through typesetting and DTP, to the parcel arriving at the reader’s door.

We are still down in the engine room

We ship everything Bracia Rodzeń publish, handle customer support and support the selling, both in their own store and on marketplaces. We built the entire sales infrastructure and we still look after it, because a store should not have an off day just because it happens to be Saturday.

And when it is needed, we add campaigns, new tools and further parts of the process. The latest is Wylecz Insulinooporność, a magazine and a completely new format in this partnership, out on 5 November 2026.

The brothers make the knowledge and the community. We make sure both have somewhere to live, a way to sell themselves and something to travel on.
